Using a cream throughout your pregnancy will help prevent stretch marks by keeping your skin supple and hydrated. Stretch marks are not necessarily abnormal, but applying a belly cream will help keep your skin as supple as possible, helping it stretch as gently as possible, and hopefully preventing stretch marks from occurring. Don't wait until you see the stretch marks coming up, get your skin toned up as early as possible. If you are in your 7-8 month, it is still good to apply a belly cream. It could help minimize some of the stretch marks still, but it is best to begin this regimen early in the second trimester to get your skin better prepared to stretch when the need comes.

I do find krill oil to absorb into the body better than fish oil. Thank you for your comment. You may find our book helpful for your clients.

One important thing to remember is that whatever the baby needs, it will take. In other words, if you are taking fish oil, your baby will take what it needs first, and then you get what is left over. Therefore, you need to increase your dosage during pregnancy to ward off depression.

Yes.... I agree laying on your back during delivery is only for the doctors convenience.
Letting gravity work for you and letting the pressure on your hips from your legs (squatting or standing) work for you makes for a more natural and easier delivery.

So we're not supposed to let people have us lay on our backs for any length of time, but you're supposed to push a baby out while numbed and laying on our back?... Like trying to push a baby out while standing on your head if you ask me.
