Please never let someone ask you to lye on your back while pregnant for a massage, and more especially in your third trimester, as this lady obviously is.

Lying on your back in the third trimester should be limited to very short periods. 5 minutes at the outside.

This is dangerous for you and your baby. No responsible  therapist would have you do this.

Pregnancy Pain Relief is not a massage program. It is a gentle stretch program the readjusts your whole body. That said it is not an exercise program either.
